Tri State Restorations, LLC® is expanding again! We’re looking for a seasoned Commercial Account Executive with experience in long sales cycles and marketing to commercial properties and businesses in the Washington DC Metro Area. As a Commercial Account Executive you'll be responsible for acquiring and maintaining relationships with large commercial clientele & assisting with multiple projects/claims at the same time. This is a newly created position and you will be expected to set up your territory and flourish using the already established branding and marketing we have created for Tri State Restorations. Your expertise and knowledge of the industry allow you to manage and coordinate emergency service calls with some of our most important clients to ensure jobs are running smoothly and to IICRC standards. Your customer service experience and skills will allow you to - from start to finish - assist clients with managing their large loss claims, as you will be their main point of contact and subject matter expert. Your knowledge of time and materials billing processes will ensure that we are profitable and receive timely and prompt payments for services rendered. 


TSR is a 24/7 operation, this position will be required to be in an on-call rotation with other employees. You will report directly to the Business Owner and Vice President. Starting Salary $80,000 + 3% commission; You have potential to make up to $300K a year! Opportunities for advancement, continuing education and annual bonuses. 


Core responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Working to acquire new clients through relationship building and selling of our company’s mission & services to large loss commercial property clients in the DC Metropolitan area (Hospitals, Strip Malls, Event Venues, Restaurants, etc.) Verticals include: Office buildings/parks, Industrial parks, big box stores, construction companies and builders, luxury high rise condos and more!
  • Successfully close new business relationships to reach a goal of at least $5M annually.
  • Successfully manage projects from start to finish, ensuring accuracy on the jobsite and the highest level of customer care and satisfaction for our clients. 
  • Ability to educate prospective clients about our services
  • Keeps accurate jobsite records and project documentation
  • Assist with T&M billing for large losses
  • Maintains excellent verbal and digital communication with our team
  • Conducts thorough pre-loss inspections of property sites and recommends work to clients when applicable/necessary.
  • Properly utilizes our Matterport 2 camera to scan both pre-and post-loss properties. 
  • Gathers and reviews all documents and work orders ensuring customer invoices are sent in a timely manner to ensure prompt invoicing/payment.
  • Requires frequent and effective communications with adjusters, customers, co-workers and contractors.
  • Markets company services to adjusters and/or potential clients.
  • Supports the Company’s mission of Turning Disaster into Peace of Mind® for our clients. 
  • Supports safe workplace policies and practices and promotes adherence to OSHA standards while in the field. 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales specific to large loss mitigation (water, fire, mold, lead, trauma) or a similar industry where experience lends well to long sales cycles for service specific needs. 
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Experience running large loss commercial work (preferred)
  • Experience marketing and selling to commercial clientele and business owners.
  • Willing and able to travel via company vehicle - 75% (mandatory) 
  • Willing and able to attend relevant business events, conferences and meetings.
  • You are a networking superstar! Proven track record of sourcing leads and closing sales. 

Bonus Qualifications

  • You currently hold IICRC certifications (WRT, AMRT, MRS, FSRT or OCT)
  • You are currently a large-loss insurance adjuster looking to transition to a new career
  • You love dogs & chocolate
