Job Summary:

Always Best Care Senior Services, a leading senior care provider, is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in Oahu. As a CNA, you will work directly with our elderly clients to provide personalized and quality care. This is a full time position with a flexible schedule and a competitive hourly rate of $20-$24, dependent on experience. Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct care to clients in accordance with their personalized care plans
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor and record clients' physical and emotional well-being
- Administer medication according to care plans
- Communicate with clients' families and healthcare professionals to ensure the best care is provided
- Keep accurate records of care provided and any changes in clients' conditions
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Partner with other team members to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for clients

Requirements:

- Active CNA certification in the state of Hawaii
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a CNA in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to undergo a thorough background check and drug screen
