MRO Technician I
Location; Westminster
Pay: $26-$32
Description:
This position performs component analysis and completion work for MRO units and all documentation required by FAA regulations. This position will work closely with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and QA to ensure quoted lead times and Turn Around Time (TAT) are met. Responsibilities will include troubleshooting and repairing customer return units on tight schedules. A qualified candidate will have a solid background in Soldering, brazing, and possess a mechanical background.
A qualified candidate will have great problem-solving skills, be mechanically inclined, like working with their hands, and above all else be TEACHABLE.
Other important skills include:
- Experience building ventilation systems for Aircraft
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Experience with troubleshooting, and diagnostics
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing technician repair or similar role
A nice to have skill would be to have an AMP License. This is not a required skill.
