ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Take orders from customers or Cocktail Waitress. * Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, bitters, etc. to prepare cocktails and other drinks. * Serves wine and draft beer or bottled beer. * Collects money for drinks served. * Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies. * Arranges bottles and glasses to provide a neat and attractive display. * Slices and pits fruits for garnish. * Follows all point-of-sale procedures. * Balances cash drawer. * Must have ability to pour a high volume of drinks. * Must be knowledgeable about craft beers, craft liquors and craft beer/liquor trends and be able to relate that knowledge to the consumer.
