Full Time Retail Pharmacist - Okmulgee, Oklahoma

Position Overview:
In this role you will play a crucial role in managing our pharmacy operations, ensuring the safe and effective dispensation of medications, and providing top-notch health advice to our customers. This position requires a blend of clinical expertise, customer service, and a passion for community health.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications and provide information to patients about their medications, including how to take them, potential side effects, and answering any questions.
• Conduct health and wellness screenings.
• Provide immunizations and other medical services.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring the availability of medication and other health care products.
• Work collaboratively with technicians and other pharmacy staff to provide high-quality patient care.
• Uphold the pharmacy's and the wider healthcare industry's legal and ethical standards.
• Keep accurate patient records, ensuring privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPPA regulations.
• Stay informed about new medications and advances in pharmacy practice.

Shift:

• Pharmacy Hours
• Monday- Friday 8:30am-6:00 pm; Saturday 8:30am-12:00pm

Qualifications:

• OK State Licensed Pharmacist
• Recent retail experience required.
• Certified Immunizer
• BLS
• Computer RX experience is preferred not required.
