Daily Responsibilities for Medical Receptionist:
- Answering phones, scheduling new patients, doing check in and check out, prepping charts, insurance verification, data entry, following up on referrals.
- Shift: Monday – Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm
Required Qualifications for Medical Receptionist:
- Must have at least 1 year of experience dealing with EOBs, prior authorizations, referrals, and have a strong insurance background
- Must have a High School Diploma and/or GED
- Must have a valid Drivers License
- EMR Experience
- Must have experience in a high-volume office seeing 60+ patients per day and answering high call volume on a multi-line system
