Responsibilities:

• Responding to client inquiries
• Updating donor profiles in a client's custom dashboard
• Staying informed on the client's campaign
• Attending mandatory campaign and office meetings
• Participating in marketing and strategy workshops
• Attending relevant client events based on the current campaign
• Managing customer inquiries face-to-face in a positive and professional manner
• Continuously learning about industry trends and improving skills

Requirements:

• Customer service experience is an asset (not required)
