This full-time Production Welding & Fabricating position is all about manufacturing the highest quality parts through utilizing best practices continually throughout the production cycle.

AAM Competition manufacturers performance products including exhaust systems, intake systems, turbo kits, intercoolers, fuel systems, and more.

Job Summary:

Higher skilled personnel with strong TIG welding experience. Fabricate and TIG weld high performance automotive parts using equipment to clean, prepare, bend, cut, burn, and weld pieces; setting-up and measuring assemblies. Document actions by completing records (materials, bends, techniques, times).

The ability to TIG weld thin wall stainless and aluminum is essential.

Skills & Qualifications:

• TIG welding thin gauge (16 and 18-gauge) aluminum and stainless steel tubing
• Fabrication
• Ability to read drawings/blueprints
• Lifting Heavy Objects (40-60lbs)
• Goal Oriented
• Efficient

Mandrel Pipe Bending experience a plus. CNC Machining experience a plus. CAD design experience a plus.

AAM Competition, LLC offers some of the most competitive pay. The pay range is $17.00 to $27.50 dependent on experience and the position, along with the ability to earn an additional bonus equivalent to up to $5.00/hr (totaling an effective pay range of $22.00-$32.50).

Monday to Friday is 7:30am to 4:30pm (1 hour lunch break)
