Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our team and contribute to the financial success of our automotive leasing company and dealership. As a bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment collections, and vendor management.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare payroll for employees in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a bookkeeper
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of automotive leasing and dealership operations is a plus but not required
