SonoPath is seeking a AV Specialists and Technical Support that will be responsible for deploying and supporting end-user technology and software. The Technical Support Specialist is a key role in executing SonoPath’s strategic vision. The role involves supporting the Projects Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and support to customers as well as providing IT based operational support to our Marketing team, Education platform clients and Telemedicine Specialists. Addition to the day to day technology support, knowledge in AV equipment for distribution, setup, live event support and operation of equipment at our Educational facility, along with maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting equipment and cables. Starting out, this is a part-time or contract/freelance position that could grow into full time with medical reimbursement and PTO.
Requirements:
- Available to work onsite at our Educational Facility, in Andover
- Working knowledge of AV equipment and troubleshooting
- HubSpot Database Management
- Macintosh and Windows Operating Systems and devices
- Proficient with Microsoft suites and Outlook
- Experience with WordPress
- Experience with Zoom webinars, and remote meeting setup and monitoring
- Asana Project Management
- WordPress, Gravity Forms, Zapier, Wix Store
- Experience with OBS Studio recording software
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of Drupal
- Working knowledge of HubSpot
Functional Responsibilities:
- Engagement in the mission of the company.

- Support Supervising Manager in representing SonoPath with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service resulting in a high degree of trust
- Preparation for and general AV/Technical assistance ONSITE at SDEP® training labs (6-8 times per year on weekends) is required
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issues
- Support Supervising Manager in IT/Technology/Hosting relationships with outside vendors
- Support Supervising Manager in providing ongoing root-cause analysis to put solutions in place that minimize repetitive requests and maximize end-user productivity and customer satisfaction
