Job Description
A Baltimore law firm is recruiting for a Worker’s Compensation Defense Paralegal for an immediate opening in our downtown Baltimore office. Must have a minimum of two years’ experience as a worker’s compensation paralegal. Must have experience with obtaining medical records, writing medical summaries, analyzing and investigating claims, writing pleadings & motions, subpoenaing, and trial preparation. Some experience with Time Matters or other case management software is highly preferred.
