Job Description
Administrative Customer Service Associate
First to mention that this is not call center position. This is an international company located minutes from Easton. They are offering a full package of benefits that include annual bonuses. They have 3000+ employees scattered through out the country. At this location there are 200+ employees. Beautiful office environment. This position just opened 3/15/24. They need a college educated candidate who has prior office experience, customer service and computer skills. You will be thoroughly trained to work with existing business customers assisting in managing their requests for products. These orders can be complex so a good attention to details is important. Use your Word and Excel skills to create documents such as purchase orders, contracts and other documents related to a customer request. They need a person who has prior administrative experience dealing with the public. Someone who has a professional, friendly demeanor and a "happy to help" attitude..
