Job Description: 

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with experience in property insurance claims? Do you want to join a growing company with a young, vibrant atmosphere? If so, we want you to join our team as a Property Insurance Claims Specialist!

Key Responsibilities:

• Claims conversion through collaboration with carriers
• Department of Insurance correspondence
• VA management
• Itel/Matching File Management
• Maintaining an accurate record of customer transactions and interactions
• Manage and resolve customer claims in an organized and efficient manner
• Identify and escalate issues to management as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns
• Stay updated on insurance industry regulations, policies, and procedures

Qualifications:

• EXPERIENCE WITH XACTIMATE IS REQUIRED
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Proven experience in property insurance claims (preferably in the roofing or construction industry)
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims processes, and regulations
• Detail-oriented with the ability to document damage accurately
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills
