PREMIER THERAPY is looking for a FULL-TIME Physical Therapist Assistant for a split posiition between Canfield, Ohio and New Middletown, Ohio

Your typical day may include, but is not limited to:
- Therapy and facility team collaboration.
- Education to family/caregivers.
- Facility education and in-services.
- Attendance of care plan meetings.
- Daily documentation.
- Collaboration with supervising PT.
