HVAC Lead Installer - Santee, CA

Overview

We are currently seeking an HVAC Lead installer to join our Tarpy team. We are top notch, full-service heating & air conditioning service provider located in Santee, CA. We are seeking a candidate with a great attitude, strong work ethic and the desire to grow their career and financial earnings.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in HVAC installation
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Working knowledge of national codes and best practices
• Requisite basic certifications (EPA Universal)
• Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A valid driver’s license
• Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends
