POSITION 
This role assists the General Manager with new membership sales, retention of current members and marketing efforts for the studio. We expect you to be excited about meeting and greeting our customers and be part of building a strong YogaSix community. 
  
JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills 
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets 
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics
• Strong customer service skills 
• Ability to learn and use the software system 
• Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email 
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics
• Daily and/or occasional travel may be required 
• Attend special events and trainings as needed 
• Outgoing and friendly
• Weekend and evening availability required
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment
• Part time, 30-35 hours per week

 RESPONSIBILITIES:   

• Execute full sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale 
• Manage social media accounts including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics
• Establish partnerships with local businesses, influencers, and organizations to expand brand reach
• Plan and coordinate promotional events, workshops, and community outreach programs
• Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the General Manager 
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase studio visibility and attract new clients
• Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport to facilitate sales 
• Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota 
• Participate in grassroots/community events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio 
• Assists with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment  
• Assist with studio cleanliness
• Other duties as assigned
