We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! We are looking for a a Collaborative team member, with a student mindset, that is passionate to help, independent, and respectful of others opinions!
Position Summary: The Registered Behavior Technician is responsible for implementing the Treatment Plan goals and objectives written and maintained by the BCBA. These goals may include, but are not limited to: daily living skills, hygiene, community access, communication and social skills. Some clients may have basic medical needs in which they need assistance completing. RBTs will work in the clients residence, but may occasionally support the clients in other settings. Hours of work are arranged with the Supervising BCBA, client, and their family and may vary from week to week, depending on the clients needs. The RBT will be responsible for keeping daily records and providing weekly summaries documenting services provided. The RBT will be under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and collaborate with supervisors as well as clients caregivers.

- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

- Bachelors degree in Psychology, ABA, special education or other related field (Preferred)
- Current RBT license (can acquire on the job before starting)
- Previous experience working with individuals with Autism
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified (Preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
