Lead Food & Beverage Attendant
- Greet and engage with guests as they enter the Wonder Bytes Cafe & the Outta Control Magic Dinner Show
- Train new Café and Dinner show staff on Food and Beverage policies and procedures including training on the POS systems, Group set up and closing.
- Handle basic supervisory duties in absence of management. Including Pepsi and US Foods ordering and receiving.
- Answer guest questions and offer information and assistance related to all aspects of the WonderWorks attraction and the Café, Outta Control Magic Dinner Show.
- Ensure all safe serve policies are met and up to code.
- Monitor reservations made for the Outta Control Magic Dinner Show. Communicate with the Café staff as needed when show numbers increase.
- Open dinner shows on time. Greet each guest as they arrive and check tickets for show time and date.
- Assist team with food preparation and taking guests orders.
- Successfully track food waste and transfers on a daily basis.
- Daily walk throughs of café including cooler and freezer. Check dates and temperatures.
- Make sure weekly and monthly cleaning projects are complete.
- Address and manage all complaints and concerns that occur during shift. If unable to appropriately resolve, contact department Manager or shift Manager on Duty.
- Maintain work area ensuring that is remains neat and organized at all times.
- Follow checklist for required duties and timeliness. Ensure everything is completed by the entire team prior shift end.
- Read the departmental pass down log and communicate with previous/future shifts any and all relevant information.
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Café and Dinner Show as directed by the immediate Manager.
- Performs other duties as assigned
