We are actively seeking a Full-time Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst for our Columbus, Ohio clinic. You will work closely with our students/clients, staff, behaviorists, and parents to enhance student/client success and attain desired outcomes in our clinic and school settings. At TES, your role will be pivotal in advancing our mission to empower our clients to thrive and excel in their development and learning journey.

๐Ÿ’ฐ  $6,760.00 - $7,768.15 per month
*Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

๐ŸŽฏ Expectations:

  • provide one-to-one support to the client, parents, and behaviorists in a school, clinic, and/or home setting.
  • be responsible for developing behavioral strategies and creating a behavior plan to best meet the needs of each client.  
  • train, supervise, and mentor your team of behaviorists by using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • maintain detailed and accurate records, including strategies, techniques, and modification changes to behavior plans.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field.
  • A valid BCBA certificate 
  • Must clear a current background check through the BCI/FBI
  • A current TB Test (within the last 12 months) 
  • Reliable transportation and hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (25/50k liability coverage)
