Brennan Title Company seeks a Real Estate Title Manager to help establish our presence in Camp Springs, Maryland. Our compensation package includes a Salary and Profit Participation. • Participates in the creation and implementation of a strategic marketing plan to build the business
• Conduct thorough title examinations to ensure the accuracy and legality of property titles
• Prepare and review title commitments, policies, and other related documents according to company standards and guidelines
• Collaborate with attorneys, lenders, real estate agents, and other parties to resolve title issues and facilitate smooth transactions
• Maintain and update title records, databases, and files to ensure efficient retrieval and organization of information
• Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and market trends to provide expert advice and guidance to clients

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the title industry
• Proficient in conducting title searches and examining title documents
• Strong knowledge of state and local title regulations and requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve title issues
• Effective communication skills to interact with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders
