Job Title: Inspector Team Assist (Team Lead)

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description: The Inspector Team Assist (Team Lead) plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient completion of projects in our automotive manufacturing environment. This position requires the ability to travel and flexibility with shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Support and ensure projects are completed according to work instructions in an efficient manner.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of data feeding into I-Charts, Daily Summary, Time Keeping, and Packets produced.
• Inspect parts as required per work instructions.
• Ensure inspectors are equipped with appropriate PPE as per work location and job requirements.
• Verify and ensure correctness of paperwork completion.
• Accurately input time and inspection/rework information into MIS in a timely manner.
• Ensure minimum Customer Demand rates are achieved.
• Communicate job-specific activities/results with customers as required and directed by the supervisor.
• Support Project Coordinator-related tasks as requested.
• Train inspectors on proper time/data completion.

Requirements:

• Previous leadership experience is a must.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Knowledge and understanding of all jobs being performed.
• Comfortable in a factory or warehouse setting.
• Strong organizational and math skills.
• Good problem-solving ability.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office and Email.
• Ability to read and understand technical and non-technical documents related to data recording, including interfacing with both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods (80% of the time).
• Flexibility in shifts and willingness to travel within the area.
