Automotive Service Advisor

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

Working closely with customers, you will play a crucial role in determining their needs, answering their questions about our services, and recommending the right solutions. In this role, you will have a variety of projects and responsibilities. From warmly greeting our guests and answering phones to scheduling customer appointments and assessing their needs, your primary focus will be providing exceptional customer service. You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and actively work towards achieving our shop sales goals on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. In addition, you will need to stay knowledgeable about the products and services we offer, discuss available options with customers, and cross-sell relevant products. You will also be responsible for discussing and offering customer payment options, including "No Credit" financing, processing point-of-sale purchases, and complying with inventory control procedures. Maintaining a professional, appealing, and clean customer and office area will be important to create a positive atmosphere for both customers and colleagues.

• Retail sales experience required
• Experience with Point Of Sale Financing required (Synchrony, CFNA, Snap, Koalifi)
• Experience in sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions
• Proficiency in English
• Basic math skills
• Familiarity with inventory procedures
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
