What We Look For...

We are looking for a Corporate People & Culture Generalist who is energetic, engaged, efficient, strategic, and an effective leader. As a Corporate People & Culture Generalist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department for the Corporate Office, as well as oversee and assist 9 properties - including administration of Human Resources functions and programs including but not limited to, employment practices, recruitment, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, risk management and policy interpretation. You will be aligning the Human Resources function with the overall strategy of the hotel operation and with corporate initiatives. This position reports to the Corporate Director of People & Culture.


The Key Responsibilities:

  • All aspects related to hiring (advertisements, job postings, recruiting, interviewing, processing, transfers, orientation, onboarding, entering new hire into ADP, etc.)
  • Background checks, reference checks, drafting offer letters.
  • All internal employee transactions, compensation, and processes (promotions, transfer, performance review, termination, wage & scale surveys, etc.)
  • Compliance (employee signing of documents, labor posters, etc.) / Monthly reports, quarterly reports (claims review) and annual reports (EEO-1, wage survey, etc.)
  • File Maintenance
  • Employee Relations / Employee write-ups / Note-to-files.
  • All benefits administrative related tasks (enrollment, benefit orientation, deduction input into ADP)
  • Develop, implement, and present quarterly training.
  • Responsible for any reminders, bulletins, etc.
  • Leaves of Absences (FMLA, Pregnancy Leave, etc.), Worker's Comp
  • Any Payroll related issues (especially with absence of GM)
  • Working with GM to coordinate Monthly All Team Member Meetings and recognition programs.
  • Terminations / Off-boarding and exit interviews.
  • Manage all job postings across the Radiate organization.
  • Submit all background checks for 9 properties.
  • Bi-Weekly job postings
  • Any implementations / rollouts directed from corporate office.
  • Wage analysis for all properties
  • Ad hoc responsibilities

The Model Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of Human Resources/People & Culture experience
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Hospitality industry experience preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
