Responsibilities

  • An Automotive Sales Manager is responsible for supervising and motivating salespeople and promoting and encouraging strategies to sell cars and other vehicles.
  • Perform typical managerial duties, such as organizing schedules, training, interviewing, hiring, and setting goals.
  • Customer service skills must be excellent, and you're able to speak to anyone naturally.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Sales Manager(Required)
  • 3 Years Experience in the automotive industry
  • Attention to detail
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid in-state driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
