Description:
Plans, develops, evaluates, and updates training programs, course content and materials. Implement methodologies to improve the instructional design process. Assist in preparing instructors and ensuring instructor familiarity with the course content and objectives for delivery in classroom settings; maintains same familiarity and assists in delivery of course content. With no guidance, design, develop, and implement training programs. Develop, prepare, explain, briefs, and coordinate plans, schedules, and reports. Possess strong writing, briefing, coaching and leadership skills.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of training experience
- Minimum three years in cyberspace environment
- Minimum of bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements to access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
