Responsibilities / Job Duties:

• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment and performs scheduled electrical maintenance service and repairs of production and auxiliary equipment.
• Installation/Troubleshooting & Repairs on:
  • Electrical systems; 24vdc to 480vac.
  • Electronic Components and Systems such as, PLC’s, Sensors, Drives, Encoders, etc.
  • A/C and D/C motors, servomotors, drives, and controls, as well as process control instrumentation devices (thermocouples, pressure switches, proximity sensors, etc.).
  • Induction heating systems.
  • Overhead crane controls.
  • Control panels.
  • Switches.
• Documents tasks performed as required on work orders, PMs, work logs or otherwise required. Maintains documentation accurately.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working as a maintenance electrician in a manufacturing environment.
• A technical degree or equivalent formal training is required.
• Ability to work overtime or on off shifts as needed.
• Experience with OSHA mandated industrial safety requirements; LOTO, etc.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement is a plus. 

Open Schedule:

• Monday-Saturday, 9am-7:30pm.

Pay: $25-$30 per hour
