Job Description
O.C. McDonald is a full-service mechanical contractor that provides comprehensive design, installation, and service for commercial new construction or retrofit. We have been servicing Silicon Valley and the Bay Area since 1906. We have an immediate opening for a full-time HVAC/R Service Technician to join our expanding team in San Jose, CA!!

Pay Scale: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Responsibilities: Perform troubleshooting, service/repair, and professional replacement of HVAC systems. Also, directs other employees in their tasks for replacement work and installation, including split systems and ductwork for residences. Must be able to travel reliably within Santa Clara County and parts of Alameda, San Mateo and San Francisco counties.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- Minimum of 10 years of HVAC experience
- Excellent abilities in troubleshooting and diagnosis with the ability to perform repairs
- Proficient time management and critical thinking skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
