Overnight Clinic Supervisor – Behavioral Health

Location: Colorado

The Organization:

Growing non-profit provider of Substance and Behavioral health services to the Rocky Mountain region.

Organization Details:

  • Clinics and Inpatient Housing with a New Hospital build to be completed in late 2023.
  • Services: Crisis, Substance Abuse and Mental health
  • Services can be provided: In-person, Virtual and by Telehealth
  • EMR - Avatar

Position description:

The Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor works in partnership with other organizational leadership to ensure that clinical service lines are operating effectively. Identifies opportunities for administrative efficiencies and works to streamline clinical workflows to maximize capacity. Establishes standards that ensure clinical resources are utilized at an optimal level, direct and develops staff, and collaborates with multidisciplinary professional staff within the organization and the community. Clinical staff and case manager administrative supervising. Mentors staff on new and emerging treatments and/or service array changes. The supervisor provides direct care for clients needing mental health and/or substance use disorder treatment. Reports to the Program Manager.

Position Details:

  • This is a Regular, full-time position (40 hours).
  • Overnight
  • 5-6 Direct Reports
  • Salary: $76k-91k annually

Position requirements:

  • Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field, required.
  • LAC and Mental Health Colorado State Licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in good standing, required.
  • 1-3 years of Leadership experience clinical and administrative, required.
  • 3-5 years of Mental Health, Substance Use Disorder experience with cases ranging from mild to severe, required.
  • Recent experience in program development and managing clinical projects, required.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish, preferred.
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion and being able to engage, communicate and interact cooperatively will all backgrounds, required.
