• Analyze, define, and document technical design for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware, and operating systems environment, interface with other systems, internal and external controls, and output related to the Blend mortgage loan origination activities.
• Identify business requirements for Empower and associated systems (e.g., needs, objectives, functions, features, input, and output).
• Coordinate integration of solutions with existing applications (Expedite/Transaction Workspace, Exchange, Nautilus and Empower systems)
• Work with project teams to plan, coordinate, and roll out software changes/releases to Controlled Testing and Production, obtain required approvals as scheduled, and transition the project to Production.
• Lead interaction with other staff and business units (end users) in problem-resolution efforts.
• Partner with other business units and vendors to resolve problems and implement initiatives.
• Serve as a resource for resolving complex and/or unique problems related to Blend activities solely and as they relate to the Empower mortgage loan origination system.

• 8+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, Requirements Analyst, Product Management Analyst, or other related role with experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Ability to transform complex business requirements into technology solutions leveraging research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with little direction.
• Experience in data analysis and data mapping.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Advanced knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle
• Proficient in the use of MS Office tools, including advanced knowledge of Excel and Visio to produce diagrams (e.g., process flow, context diagram).
• Effective organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Experience developing and delivering effective presentations.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify development opportunities and recommend applicable business solutions.
• Expert research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
