Description:
Plans, develops, evaluates, and updates training programs, course content and materials. Implement methodologies to improve the instructional design process. Assist in preparing instructors and ensuring instructor familiarity with the course content and objectives for delivery in classroom settings; maintains same familiarity and assists in delivery of course content. With minimal guidance, be able to design, develop and implement training programs. Demonstrate an understanding of the Instructional System Development Methodology. Possess the ability to work efficiently in a military staff environment requiring coordination across Directorates, Service Cyber components, strategic partners, and stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of training experience in the cyberspace environment
- Minimum of bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
