Job Description
This position requires a high level of concentration to ensure the proper processing and recording, of individual customer bank statements and mailing inserts. Confidentiality, professionalism, organization, and efficiency are critical to the successful execution of this position. Completes assignments, utilizing considerable judgment and initiative.
Essential Functions and Basic Duties
- Assumes responsibility for the effective performance of assigned Statement Rendering functions.
- Maintains professionalism and confidentiality.
- Performs special duties and manages special projects as needed.
- Keeps work area clean, secure, and well maintained.
- Assumes responsibility for maintaining effective business relations with clients, vendors and other contacts.
- Resolves requests and problems or refers them appropriately.
- Promotes goodwill and conveys a positive image of the Company.
Performance Measurements
- Projects are well organized and properly prioritized.
- Area responsibilities are completed smoothly, problems are minimized, and time is well utilized.
- Good communication and coordination exist with BMA personnel and management. Assistance is provided as needed.
- Follows through to ensure that all work is completed and satisfactory.
Qualifications
Training/Education/Certification
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
Required Knowledge
- Knowledge of basic office procedures.
- Knowledge of company protocol and procedures.
Skills/Abilities
- Strong customer relations and communication skills.
- Well-organized and attentive to detail.
- Able to prioritize and follow-up on projects to completion.
- Professionalism and tact.
