Lead Aquatics and Bowling Attendant

If you answered yes to all the questions above, then you should know Congressional Country Club is seeking a Lead Aquatics and Bowling Attendant. The Lead Aquatics and Bowling Attendant assists in providing a memorable service experience to all members and their guests and assists in overseeing all aspects of the Bowling and Aquatics operations.

What will be expected of you:

Aquatics: April - September Months

• Overseeing the aquatics desk station, including cleanliness, towels, lost and found, etc.
• The main point of contact for members (front of house) and any information on all aquatic programs
• Educate and enforce all pool deck policies and standards including but not limited to dress code, food and beverage, behavior expectations, and technology usage.
• Assists the team of pool desk attendants to uphold the policies and procedures of the club
• Primary membership concierge for all things aquatics.
• Working with accounting to ensure accurate check-in procedures and billing are followed at both pools

Bowling Attendant: October - March Months

• Assisting in managing the bowling reservation system
• Ensuring each bowling lane is working properly throughout open bowling
• Ability to troubleshoot and execute basic fixes on the pin setters
• Ability to navigate Jonas for food and beverage orders, as well as games and shoe rentals
• Working with the kitchen to deliver correct food and beverage orders on time for members
• Assisting with scheduling, scoring, and execution of all Bowling Leagues
• Ensuring bowling lanes are cleaned and well maintained before, during, and after use
• Ensuring blowing shoes and equipment are sanitized and organized.
• Assisting with beer, wine, and alcohol and maintaining a clean and well-stocked location

Ideal Candidates will possess the following attributes:

• A contagiously positive attitude that is passionate about providing superior hospitality service
• A reliable individual who is completely dedicated to their high-quality work
• Experience in Aquatics or Bowling is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of Customer Service experience
• Minimum of 2 years in a Supervisory role
