Jim Coleman Honda is looking to add to its top producing Finance and Insurance team (F&I).

Jim Coleman Automotive is a 3rd generation family-owned dealership. The Coleman family has been selling and servicing cars in the Washington-Metropolitan, and Bethesda areas since the 1950s. Automotive Finance Manager Qualifications:

  • A team player focused on providing exemplary customer service
  • Ignite Knowledge - a PLUS
  • Structuring deals and closing product sales
  • Monitor the F&I sales process with the goal of maximizing profitability
  • Must be experienced in Dealertrack and menu presentation/setups
  • Assist in presenting service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary products
  • Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process while maintaining strong relationships with prime and subprime lenders
  • Accurately prepare all federal, state, and dealer paperwork and submit to the accounting department in a timely manner
  • Establish and maintain monthly forecasted income, penetration levels, and customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports
