BECOMING OUR AUTOMOTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
This customer care position typically works a full-time 5-day workweek, including Saturdays.
As an Automotive Customer Service Rep at Midas, your day begins with a warm welcome to every customer walking through our doors. You're not just answering phones; you're the maestro orchestrating the harmony between our customers and our expert service team. Engage customers in friendly banter about their beloved vehicles, schedule appointments, and ensure customer satisfaction. Whether in person or over the phone, your friendly personality and professional demeanor set the tone for our auto repair shop. Be the first point of contact for our customers, make an excellent impression, and liaise with crew members to obtain car repair updates. All that we need from you is the following:

Previous experience in the auto repair industry and being bilingual is a plus!
