POSITION SUMMARY
The Post-Harvest Associate is responsible for assisting with all phases of CULTA's Post-Harvest operations
including but not limited to: harvesting, trimming, weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis. This position
requires the ability to learn and accurately follow CULTA's company policies and standard operating
procedures.


JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Hand trimming and weighing dried cannabis.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work environment, and any equipment used for trimming, drying,
and harvesting.
• Will be responsible for compliant disposal and recording of any waste produced during the
trimming and harvesting procedures.
• Maintain accuracy in weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis.
• Ensure that packaging and labeling meets the requirements of applicable state and federal laws.
• Maintain sanitation and quality control practices that ensure the safety and quality of cannabis
during the packaging and labeling process.
• Ensure all weighing equipment are certified, calibrated, and up-to-date.
• Must be able to learn and accurately follow Culta's company policies and SOP's.
• Ensure no diversion of cannabis products occur and report and incidents or suspicions of diversion
to the Director of Security.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENT

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Higher level of education preferred.
  • Must 21+ years of age, be able to qualify as a registered grower agent with the Commission and
    may not have any violent or drug related felony convictions.
  • Must be able to achieve minimum daily requirements of flower trimmed during trimming
    procedures.
  • Passion for medicinal cannabis, a willingness to learn, and be a part of a supportive team of
    coworkers.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to follow
  • Must be able to stand, and work on feet for extended period of time.
  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds.
