HVAC Service Technician
Work start and end time: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, Overtime, and Evenings on occasion)
Pay Scale: Up to $38.00/hr depending on experience
Position Summary: To provide maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
- Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience assisting customers in repairing and replacement decisions.
- Advanced customer service skills.
- Willingness to acquire NATE certifications within one year of employment. (We will assist with helping you receive this certification)
- Demonstrate a willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
- Knowledge of airflow, air balancing principles, and techniques.
Qualifications desired:
- Universal EPA Certification
- Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
- NATE Certified
- 3 + years of experience
- Insurable driving record
- Possess tools needed
