Billing Specialist (Customer Service Data Entry)

You will be responsible for connecting with customers with past-due balances and finding ways to resolve billing-related customer issues. A great benefit to this position is the consistency of repeatable tasks and working with a fantastic team!

**This is a full-time, in-office position in Logan, UT**

A Day in the Life of a Billing Specialist

• Support the growth of Fox Pest Control through excellent customer service
• Connect with customers to resolve billing issues; collect payments, release invoices, and data entry
• Contacting customers by phone, email, mail, and by text
• Process all work with integrity and incredible attention to detail
• Consistent full-time work schedule - 8hr shifts between 6 AM-6 PM (your choice when!)

What is Needed to be Successful?

• High School degree/GED or higher
• Great customer service skills
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets
• Spanish fluency is a plus!
• Attention to detail and ability to pick out trends
• Data entry with accuracy and speed
• Ability to prioritize and quickly shift focus between various tasks
• Willingness and commitment to cultivating a positive and uplifting company culture
• Self-starter mentality and highly motivated to do somewhat repetitive tasks
