We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated service writer to provide advice and assistance to customers throughout the service experience. You will be responsible for a variety of duties that pertain to creating a cultivating environment for our team and a beyond fantastic experience for the client. We are looking for an ambitious person that is interested in developing lasting relationships with customers and cultivating a strong team environment. You will have the opportunity to work at a state-of-the-art facility with a great work environment in Bethesda, Maryland.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely updates
  • Assist customer with needs/requests
  • Greeting customers at the service lane
  • Consulting with technicians regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs.
  • Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.
  • Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as service advisor to maximize profit
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of computer systems and databases
  • Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
  • Patient and comfortable dealing with customers
  • Professionalism and outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Willing to learn and take direction
