To be successful as a Lab Assistant at Guttenberg Municipal Hospital, you will need the following skills and qualifications: - Completion of an approved medical assistant program and phlebotomy certification. - A high school diploma or equivalent. - 2-4 years of healthcare experience is preferred, as this will provide a strong foundation for the role.
