Your Role:

As an Operations Client Advocate, you will be at the forefront of driving client retention through the efficient execution of operational processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Initiating, coordinating, and closely monitoring the renewal process for Medicaid Waiver clients, utilizing cutting-edge software platforms and advanced Excel reporting.
  • Monitoring and renewing Medicaid Eligibility and Social Security accounts.
  • Managing client financial accounts and paying monthly bills.
  • Directly engaging with doctors' offices to address specific inquiries regarding 90L.
  • Meticulously maintaining accurate documentation and files related to renewals or discharge management.
  • Serving as a vital liaison between Support Coordinator Agencies and our facility's Care Managers.
  • Masterfully managing multiple competing priorities through your highly organized daily approach.
  • Demonstrating commitment by adhering to monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
