INTERN, MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS | LITEHOUSE, INC.

Litehouse, Inc. is seeking students currently enrolled in a four-year university to join our Marketing department as an intern. The selected candidate will be immersed in various functions, including market research reporting, project design, brand awareness, and consumer surveys.

Applicants will be considered for both virtual/remote and on-site work.


INTERNSHIP HIGHLIGHTS

Our Summer Internship program runs May 28th through August 16th, 2024, providing 12 weeks of on-the-job experience. Interns are expected to work at least 30 hours per week, up to a maximum of 40 hours per week.

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

Interns are empowered with assignments that provide them with relevant work experience and significant opportunities for learning. In addition to this work, Interns are encouraged to network with leaders and team members throughout the company to explore areas outside of their assigned team.

  • Participate in weekly 1:1 development and coaching
  • Experience with ESOP
  • Work within cross-functional teams

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Involved in day to day development of marketing plans and materials
  • Analyze shopper marketing tactics to determine upcoming promotions and campaigns; support Shopper Marketing lead with relevant day-to-day tasks
  • Collaborate with our in-house Content Specialist to answer consumer inquires daily, as well as ongoing management of our consumer response log
  • Participate in executing Market Research projects, including Customer survey platforms
  • Perform data analysis in support of Sales and Marketing teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Currently enrolled as a junior or senior as of Fall 2024 and pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a similar discipline from an accredited four-year college.

  • Full time college student graduating by June 2026
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
