\nTop 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: Strokes, TBI, Craniotomies/cranioplasties, back surgeries, VP/LP shunts, seizures. Occasionally: syncope, hyper/hypotension & vascular surgeries.\nAny special procedure done on the unit? Lumbar puntures & CT insertions\nCommon Medications used on the unit? Antiseizure medications, antipsychotic medications, antihypertensive, DM.\nStart and end shift times:0, 1, 2, \t\nLunch ( ½ hr, 1 hr, 2 hr, etc.):\t0.5 lunch\t\nNurse Patient Ratio: 1/7 or 8\nIs Vasoactive Drip Titration Required? N\t\nIV Insertion Y\nPICC/Central Line Management Y\nVascular Device Access/Care\t Y\nEpidural/PCA pumpsY\nFeeding Tubes Y\nComments: Only telemetry monitoring for stroke patients and only 24 hours.
