The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Regional Sales Director to join our US sales org & manage our Central regional sales team. You'll be responsible for hiring, motivating and inspiring them to expand and elevate revenue growth in our enterprise markets. You will contribute directly to ensuring we have the right people in the right place to deliver on our revenue OKRs (objectives and key results).
You will be joining a goal orientated sales team who value open, honest and collaborative communication as a team. You'll also be working closely with customer success, marketing and revenue operations teams to help drive sales performance.
We're considering candidates that live in the Central US - Texas, Illinois, Tennessee, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, etc.
What You'll Do
Build talent pipeline; coach, train, motivate and grow your team
Define and execute territory sales plans for assigned geographic territory, meet and exceed sales goals through managing your enterprise sales team
Plan and direct sales staff activities and objectives to maximize sales volume as well as identify employee performance goals and measurements, partnering with them to obtain positive results
Personally oversee and be the primary sales leader in the assigned region- model effective selling skills
Provide regular and on-time reporting of key performance metrics on pipeline and forecast management

Who You Are
You have proven sales leadership experience in a high growth organization
You know the ins-and-outs of SaaS sales, preferably within the cybersecurity sector
You have the ability to leverage KPIs to measure the business and make informed strategic decisions
You're highly motivated with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency
You have a strong command of sales methodology and the ability to coach junior team members
