Maintenance Technician Mechanic

As our Maintenance Technician Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day mechanical and electrical operations of Manufacturing Equipment. You will need to complete work orders in a timely manner meeting or exceeding pre-established deadlines to reduce downtime and meet production goals. Ability to coordinate with other employees as part of a team and respond quickly to requests for assistance from production personnel. Troubleshoot, repair, or retrofit machines and use a computerized maintenance management program under the direction of the Maintenance Manager. Also, you will need to adhere to established safety guidelines- policies- and procedures while promoting a safe work environment and following OSHA safety standards in an industrial working environment with the use of proper Lockout Tagout.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• General knowledge of electrical/electronic schematics
• Mechanical aptitude
• Efficient use of tools and some electrical/electronic test equipment
• Familiar with electrical troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Electrical/Electronic safety codes.
  
• Attention to detail
• Extensive background in pneumatics, hydraulics, rollers, motors, and pumps in a high-speed production environment
• Effective communications skills

You will collaborate with personnel to perform Root Cause Analysis for equipment failures and to ensure all calibrations are compliant. Collaborate across Winchester in a way that leads by example, exhibits empathy, ensures task ownership, uses data to make decisions, and puts the customer first.

Average hourly pay range $24 up to $27 (DOE), plus benefits
