- Ensures consistency on Sops, Branding and Ethos, along with all aspects of staff training.

- Knowledge of Food Services techniques

- Apply food and beverage handling rules.

- Completely understands and follow the department and hotel standards

- Ability to supervise subordinate staff, including but not limited to, assignment of duties, evaluating service, and taking coaching and counseling action when necessary in conjunction with Human Resources.

- Ensure Health and Safety within the Lemonade Stand

- Other projects as required
