Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

School-Based Speech Therapist (Two Openings)
A great school district is now looking to hire a SLP’s for two current, full-time openings. Previous experience working with children is desired, but not required for this school-based job. The director is ready to review resumes and interview candidates, so please apply today for immediate consideration!

Responsibilities/ Duties/ Notes:

  • Provide evaluations, assessments and diagnosis of speech, voice, hearing and language impairments
  • Provide appropriate individualized programs of intervention to meet individual students’ needs in the areas of communication, language development, articulation and social communication
  • Caseload: Middle School position, numbers of students on each caseload TBD

Experience:

  • Previous experience in schools or pediatric offices preferred
  • ASHA CCC’s are preferred but not required

Education/ Requirements:

  • Maryland Speech Language License
  • **Master’s Degree required in Speech Pathology/ Communication Disorders**

Employment Type: Full-Time Contract Position/ Starts ASAP until end school year
Work Days/ Hours: Monday-Friday
