Minimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.
We are currently looking for a School Psychologist candidate to work with a school district near Ashburn, Virginia. This is a great opportunity for the upcoming school year with a strong level of support on staff. This is a full timeposition that will be working with students K-12th grade.
Job Type:
- Conduct psychological assessments to identify learning disabilities, developmental delays, and emotional or behavioral issues.
- Analyze assessment results to provide insights into a student's strengths and challenges.
- Provide individual and group counseling to address students' emotional and behavioral concerns.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve students' social skills, coping mechanisms, and overall mental health.
- $40-55/hr
- Gathering moreinformation upon interview.
Qualifications:
- RequiresMasters or Doctorate Level in SchoolPsychology
- Must be licensed through VABoard
- Must hold VAissued license and a VAissued education certification
- School experience is preferred but not required.
