Job Description
Sparks Group has partnered with a non profit seeking a fundraising/donor relations admin. Our ideal candidate will be qualified to advance the organization's fundraising efforts, support donor relations, and contribute to its growth and sustainability. Key Responsibilities:

  • Gift Entry: Manage donor acknowledgments, tax letters, and database updates.
  • Fundraising Campaigns: Collaborate on planning, executing, and evaluating fundraising campaigns, identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors and sponsors.
  • Data Management: Maintain donor databases, generate reports, and analyze data to inform fundraising decisions.
  • Donor Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with existing donors, express gratitude for their support, and implement donor stewardship strategies.
  • Development Management: Research and identify grant opportunities.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and executing fundraising events, manage logistics, and explore new event opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • SALESFORCE REQUIRED
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with fundraising software and databases.
