Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for supervising daily logistics activities to ensure efficient processes and compliance with SOPs, cGMP, safety regulations
• Manages receipt, storage and shipment of materials, and related reporting in accordance with established procedures
• Communicates with suppliers and freight forwarders for shipment and receipt of raw materials, biological intermediates and finished goods
• Recommends improvements in warehouse practices to promote efficiency, faster service, and lower cost
• Trains personnel to ensure policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed

Qualifications:
Education -
Associates degree in business, supply chain management or related discipline; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Experience -

-Minimum one year experience in the pharmaceutical industry with increasing logistics responsibilities or equivalency.

-Prior supervisory experience preferred.

-Certification in Multimodal Hazardous Shipping (recommended).
-Strong understanding required of SAP (EWM/IM), LOGIC, MES, GDRS, docNet, and Track Wise.

-Advanced level working knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
