SUMMARY

 

The Office Administrator will support multiple business functions, including Accounting, Human Resources, and Customer Service.


This is an onsite position, Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.


RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·       Serves as a dynamic utility player in support of multiple areas of the business.

·       Produces customer invoices through ERP software system; ensures timely delivery.

·       Provides general accounting support, primarily focused in accounts receivable.

·       Monitors outstanding customer balances and assists in collecting payment.

·       Prepares fixed asset schedule under the direction of Controller.

·       Manages prepaid insurance and other prepaid accounts under the direction of Controller.

·       Supports payroll administration with the direction of Controller.

·       Provides accounts payable support when necessary.

·       Produces customer sales reporting utilizing automated software system.

·       Serves as Intercompany liaison to communicate necessary business updates amongst departments.

·       Facilitates basic human resource processes, such as employee onboarding or benefits administration.

·       Represents company with high level professionalism, integrity, and superior customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

 

·       2 or more years of general office management or administrative accounting support experience.

·       Basic knowledge of accounting and human resources practices.

·       Demonstrated ability to manage full cycle accounts receivable.

·       Ability to communicate (both written and verbal), with efficiency, clarity, and professionalism.

·       Applicable experience and proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs – Excel, Outlook, and Word.

·       Exposure and experience to ERP accounting software systems – Netsuite strongly preferred.
